I have a plug the goes up and down like a light switch for the stopper. It is stuck in the up position. I can press it down, but with all my weight and only for a few seconds. The latch is on the tub just under the facet. Is there an easy way to repair this? or Do I need a plumber? I have grout tiles all around the facet area. HELP!!
