Fred, I'm sure Herrick's words of wisdom will help, but I'm really curuious here. Did I misunderstand? I thought you were saying that the buning was along were the bearing ran. If it's along the cut edge, that's often due to moving the router too slowly. Do you have a new router that runs at a higher RPM than the old one?
