Most tube manufacturers' require a minimum of 3/4" over radiant tubes. That being said yes you can put slope into product. take into account what your floor goods are and whether you are able to get the heat you need while avoiding the area with the tubes. As you may also know the use of radiant cable is also used in depth sensitive locations. light wieght concrete even with reinforcement starts to break-up at the thinner depths
