rip it up and put pergo down. select tiles have a 25 yr warranty and luster guard protection. so does their plank flooring. and stay away from quik lock products where moisture may be present.
no i dont work for them , but i installed my own and it looks great i'll send you a picture of mine in 25 years and compare it with yours, see whose holds up better.
