My husband and I are buying a house that has two fireplaces, however one of the fireplaces has been bricked in. Is there anyway that we could do it ourselves and be able to use the fireplace again? The chimney is intact and it looks as though the bricks just cover the opening of the fireplace into the home. Could anyone offer advice. Thanks so much
