Can I use a Kilz product as a primer over existing wallpaper? (If yes, which one?) I have a huge area (28 double rolls) and I want to change from wallpaper to paint without having to strip off the old wallpaper. If the Kilz is is not an option, can I re-wallpaper over the old stuff if I make sure there are no lose ends?
