Other people are having the same problems because they are just as stupid as you.
Before you bad mouth Behr paint, it wouldn't matter what painted YOU used, CIL would have done the same thing because you YOU didn't prep the wall.
First things first, from what you've said it sounds like you didn't even prime the wall.
Next time use Behr primer and paint and you won't have ANY problems.
