I have removed the wallpaper, but alot of the glue is still on the wall. I want to paint that bathroom. The problem is that alot of the paint underneath has come off with the wallpaper exposing the drywall. What is the harm in leaving the remaining glue on the wall under the paint. I thought about doing a prime coat & then using a decorative roller for the top coat.
