Removing glued down outdoor carpeting

I have a 4x4 concrete pad in front of my door. About
10 years ago I glued outdoor carpeting to it. I don't
know exactly what I used, it was the standard brown
contact cement labeled for the purpose, I think it
was DAP.

Can I remove this carpet w/out a chisel?
