I am the President of Fiberon, tell me about your deck concern. The new 2002 brushed boards are generally considered more wood like in appearance than the original embossed and are very well received by the users. We have literally been installed in more than 25,000 decks this year I don't like to hear your disappointed and I want the product to perform as we represent. Email SuzyS@fibercomposites.com the issue and a digital if you can and ask her to forward to me for my review. I don't fully understand this problem description, it is not a typical response.
