Furnace Pilot light wont stay lit

I have a RCA Whirlpool Furnace and the pilot light wont stay lit. I have a Thermocoupler and gas valve with numbers 53062-940122. Any suggestion on how I can keep the pilot lit?
Can I just replace the gas valve, that seems to be the problem.
