I am drywalling a basement in a 4 year old house. The block is dry and I am framing the walls with studs first. Do I need to use some type of vapor barrier like putting plastic on the block first? The house does have a barrier on the outside of the foundation that looks like some type of fibreglass insulation wallboard. I just don't want to run into a moisture problem in the future.
