I have a Lennox Pulse furnace that was installed in the early 90's. The furnace itself runs great and heats the house very well.
In February of 2001, I had the blower motor replaced with a Lennox replacement blower motor because the motor was starting to squeal. Last week, the replacement motor went bad and wouldn't start (it wanted to, but just wouldn't).
Yesterday, our local Lennox dealer came out and replaced the blower motor and run capacitor. When I asked if it was under warranty (being less than 2 years old), I was told no that there WAS no warranty on the motor ... even though it is a Lennox motor.
I have went to the Lennox website and there is no information about warranties there. Does anyone konw if Lennox warrants their blower motors?
