Finishing hardwood floors

I have white oak hardwood floors(NO STAIN) - finished with Ben Moore water base poly / satin finish

Has not held up well!

I have refinished kitchen floor using VARATHANE/Satin, not satisfied with this either. Before I move on, is there another product that will give me a harder finish.

I was trying to avoid an oil base (did not want yellowing) I am ready to hollar UNCLE!
