I've used the paper tiger and the DIF too. My favorite way is still to peel off the vinyl outer layer (once you get it going it should come off in large sheets(then use the Paper Tiger LIGHTLY if at all). Wet down an area about 3x3 (spray bottle) -- peel off another 3x3 area -- go back and wet down the first area again, repeat as needed etc. The best tool I found to remove the remaining wet paper backing is a 3" plastic putty knife. It just takes patience to keep wetting down the paper backing all the way through, and then it easily peels away. It's easy to clean remaining glue residue off the walls while still wet. Play some CDs too while you're doing this . . .! And remember it won't be done in one day.
