Bold enough to remove all of my wallpaper that kept curling out at the seams, I'm ready to start preparing the walls for painting. Problem is, I have a spot where there is some damage from previous water damage and reapplied wallpaper. The whole panel ripped down to the brown paper and shredded along the way.
What product do I use to cover the brown paper and damage? How much of the loose pieces of brown paper do I remove or will the plaster mix cover the uneven and loose tearing?
Then after skimming and smoothing, I'll use a sizer like Kills? Then paint.
HELP????
