one; take the door off and measure it and take it to a carpenter with a floor stand band saw with a metal cutting blade and have it shaved off.
two; remove the door, remove the molding carefully and expose the jambs and then move the entire frame up that amount. You will have about one inch all around. re mount and your set.
Install that special threshold that allows for uneven flooring. One side is higher than the other and it fits nicely.
