condensation on my windows

I bought a house at the begining of 2002. The house is about 15 years old. Every window in the house has water all over it, and it has so much water that it has puddles and the puddles have built up so much that it is about to ruin my seals and ruin my wood. Please tell me how to stop this before it is to late.
