We're tired of moisture coming up through the concrete floor that gets into the wall to wall carpeting and pad and have decided to remove it and apply a "texture" right on top of the concrete and leave it exposed with area rugs only. My wife saw a decorative concrete basement floor at a home show and they called it an acid wash finish that had a "marble-like" look. Does anyone know about this or could you refer me to someone who does?
