I have a new house with a entrance over hang around the front door that made of stucco. Is this material made for this type of application, because I have major water leaks. Does it just need to be sealed or have a flashing under the stucco. And if it is sealed will it last. Could you please advise me as to what I should recommend to my builder. Thank you
