Quest Piping

At this point I only suspect that I might. I have a GoldenWEst, 1990 home. If I do have Quest piping where do I file a claim, phone, name and address?


I called -1-800 number and they said I do not qualify because it is after 10 years since the suit started and I missed closing date. Where does one NOW GO TO get the plumping redone and get reimbursement?
Where do you file a claim? Phone number? address.
