I just replaced the fill valve on my toilet and now when I flush a slow leak (but it's getting bigger w/each flush) looks like it's coming from the middle of the tank. I tightened the screws attaching the tank to the base, slightly, and made sure the water connection isn't leaking. Can anyone help me? I'm really frustrated right now.
