We want to paint our garage floor. It is has never been painted or sealed. We usually have cars parked in there and there are numerous oil stains on the floor. We want a non-skid floor. What prep work must be done and what kind of paint should we use? We want to do this soon since it is getting cold. What temperature should the sealer and paint be put on?
