I do not understand the thought process.
(1) You do not have heat.
(2) Your oil burner is in a dangerous condition.
(3) You do not have the knowledge to fix it.
(4) You do not have money.
Result - (A) Move to a safe place that has heat until you can make money. (B) Find a charity that provides support to fix problems.
