Can anyone tell us about their after-sale customer support?
Where exactly is the nearest LL store/display area? I think I heard/read about one in Austin, Texas, is this true. We live in Johnson City and would hate to have to travel back and forth to Austin just to deal with someone that wants to "take the money and run ".
