Try "Home Improvement 123" available at Home Depot stores and/or "Plumbing 123" at same location.
I have the same problem..just bought my first home and the downstairs bathroom obviously had leaking problems in the past because the tile barely sticks and the subfloor is rotted and smells badly and the bathroom door doesn't open all the way because of swelling in the floor due to the water damage..I'm doing it myself and will also be replacing the toilet...it all seemed simple enough but I'm finding out the job would be alot easier if I had better tools...but I'm learning, this is my first attempt at a major home improvement project as this.
