Short cycle time

I have an older janitrol furnace. The cycle time is way too short on the blower (approx. 20 seconds}. I've adjusted the anticipator then put in a new thermostat to no avail. Can anyone give me any other ideas? It's not that cold out yet it's cold in here without any circulation. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
