One 'A' transmitter is able to open the door. The other 'B' craftwman transmitter will not.
For each, I tried -
Program receiver for each transmitter
1.Press and HOLD transmitter push button.
2.Press receiver code button.
3.When opener light flashes, release both push buttons.
(These instructions were on the garage door opener itself)
This process works for 'A', but does not for 'B'even though the green light does go on when this transmitter is pressed.
Do I need to purchase a new transmitter or is there anything I can do?
Do both transmitters need to be purchased at the same time? I don't really understand how the programming thing works.
