Seems that whenever I apply masking tape on trim, then paint a room, wait til it dries, and then remove the masking tape, it sometimes peels some of the paint, because the paint is both on the wall and the masking tape. I end up remasking about 10% of the trim and repainting. What's the cure for this? Base your answer on the fact that I need two coats of paint, not just one. I could remove all the masking tape then reapply it but I figure that remasking 10% is better than 100%. Thanks...
