I recently bought a manufactured home and had it put on a basement made for it only six months ago. It rained last night and the basement is wet. The walls have some cracks which I was told was normal. Two of the cracks in the same area of water coming out of them and have made quite a puddle on the floor. We had a perimeter drain installed when the basement was poured. My question is: is my problem with the perimeter drain or the basement?
