There is a drain tube the runs from the trough beneath the evaporator (cooling) coil through the center divider to the rear where it is drained or flung against the condenser to evaporate. If that drain tube is plugged, water can collect in that trough to the point where the blower fan picks it up and throws it into the room.
Another possibility (although remote) is that the unit was serviced previously and a fan motor installed that is too strong. On some models this can cause the condensate the forms on the evaporator coil to be sucked right in and expelled into the room with the cool air.
