Floor finishes

Hi,
I am getting estimates from flooring contractors and each seems to have their own (strong) preference for a different sealer and finish. One of them strongly prefers a finish called "Precision" by Atlantis. I haven't been able to find anything online about it. What are your opinions of this product, is it a water based finish and can you direct me to a website for information? Thanks much.
