I used a prybar and ended up tearing off the bottom lip of the groove on many of the boards. I found using a sawsall with a long, flexable blade to cut the nails worked much better. You can get the blade under the board kinda like you do a pluge cut with a jigsaw. I used bullnose nippers to remove the remaining part of the nails.
