tin roof repair

dear sir,
we have a 94 year old home that we are restoring,it has a tin roof on a rap around porch.the tin is laid in,in sheets that are about 17 inches by 24 inches with a hook type lip and then are soddered or leaded to seal the seems. we onlyneed to repair a small area.we need help on the ways to repair and also finding the tin in small sheets.we would welcome any help.
