bring the wood into the room it will be installed in ahead of time. It has to acclimate to the temperature and humidity of the room before you install it. If it is stored in a garage or shed and installed right away it will warp as it tries to expand or contract in its new environment. I think it needs about 48 hours to adjust. Just a thought.
