she has two full size sago palms in the back yard. She knows the value of sago palms and thought that she would consider selling them to someone instead of removal and just killing them.
She entertained this notion to nursery's and they said it just does not work as there is no warranty, no assurance of living, and since not in a container, the root system will be damaged. She said that she would not get many if any people interested.
I would try it for a while then nix the idea and remove them yourself and trash them.
Killing offspring of palm would be a question to also entertain to the nursery person.
