remove the cabinet from the wall and take to the garage or somewhere where ventilation is adequate.
remove all the metal fasteners and hinges and stuff. Remove the pane of glass. Remove the shelves, door and any other part that can be removed. Its easier to have this broke down to the bare essetials for the stripping.
Get a good paint stripper, with good latex gloves and a scraper and cleaner. Follow instructions and begin removing the paint. Keep on until all gone, begin your sanding process with coarse grit down to fine.
