my table saw just started slipping,the blade is tight on shaft,yet you can stop the blade by just barely touching it. i flipped it upside down and i could not find a belt ...of wich i thought would of been the culprit,this saw is a 1995 saw and it has very low miles on it.please someone out there has to know what the heck is up with my table saw help.... cliff
