Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to give me some suggestions on which type of urethane to use on my ceiling. I have a 1x4 t&g white cedar (knotty) ceiling approx. 25x25 and would like to know if I should use a water base or oil urethane. This ceiling was just completed a few days ago, it has a fairly smooth finish and has no stain applied to it yet. What would be the pros and cons, also what would be the best way to apply this?
