have you consulted a flooring installation company? the tile should be removed first for various reasons....generally in the south ...hardwood floors installed on concrete foundation is done using screed boards that are pieces of 1x4inch boards attached to the concrete with black tar allowed to dry then the hardwood planks usually oak are nailed to these boards using a special nailer that applies the nail thru the tonge using a big hammer to apply the nails that at the same time jams the boards tightly together. hope this helps. lets see others opinions. but suggest you consult with a hardwood floor installer.
