We have a shower stall that is concrete block and was painted by the original owners. It has two different layers of paint and the top layer is peeling off in some spots. We would like to tile the shower but were informed that the paint had to be removed -- sandblasting was the suggested method. Is there a better or easier way to remove the paint so that we can proceed with getting it tiled?
