I just found a very strange leak in the drop celing of my basement. Water appears to be leaking directly from the CENTER of a 2x6 joist (2 inch side facing the floor). It drips down and runs along the 2" side about 4 inches, then drops. Drops are about 6-10 seconds apart.
The closest items to the spot (on the floor above) are my dishwasher and kitchen sink, but I can't see any water up there.
I've also looked at the length of the celing/bottom of the subfloor and don't see water anywhere else.
