We have just built a custom home. We are using a black/brown granite and it is chipped quite a lot in the seams. It is really unacceptable but per our contractor and the granite fabricator the granite we chose chips a lot when cut. Is this true of some granites? The fabricator says he has done all he can. It is very noticeable as it is on the kitchen island where the chipping is the worst. Any way I can reapair this?
