The dryer is still under warantee, so that is the first call I would make. Sometimes new ones break.
But you should be aware, that circuit breakers wear out also. A deteriorated circuit breaker will trip increasingly often. If they tell you the dryer is OK, the next thing I would do is replace the 30 amp breaker.
