if it were me I would change out the breaker first to make sure it was not just a weak/old breaker ....since to me that would be less headache..breaker cost is about ten dollars...thirty minute job or less to change out if you know what you are doing and need to be very careful or turn off the main breaker so it is really safe. then if the breaker change out did not fix the problem I would call and have the dry replaced because I had eliminated clearly the other possible cause. How old is the breaker ? just my two cents ....
