The home is cooled and there is no plastic in the crawlspace. I was under there this summer putting in a new duct run and there doesn't appear to be any moisture problems. The dirt was extremely powerdered. I had to lay down cardboard to crawl on to keep the dust down as I couldn't see. I Didn't check for any moisture up in the insulation/floor area. Insulation looked in good shape but some was hanging down as had been stapled to the joists.
