A 12x12 bedroom is completely dry at 3:00pm on a cool rainy November afternoon in NJ. At 10:00 pm the room is almost completely covered with water dripping down the walls and on the ceiling. There are no pipes above the room and the roof has no signs of leakage. The ceiling of the bedroom is not stained and there are water puddles on the floor. The handyman says the room has a heavy condensation issue and its probably not the roof. Have you heard of this happening before? Should I have the roof checked? Any other explainations?
