PS - One more thing (to my original posting Michelle) - Our dealer also told us that it could be something else in the house (like a recent painting or new carpet job or similar), but we did not have that either. We are convinced that there is something else burning off our unit, causing the odor and that it has nothing to do with anything in the house like that as our house and unit is extremely clean. Have you had any success since your initial posting at resolving your issue?
