And consider the impact and solution to.......... the door and window trim...........baseboards, crown/picture moulding.........electrical boxes and devices.............
It's a good time to upgrade the electric and install blown in insulation if you need it.........
It's also good to use some construction adhesive around hard to fasten areas...........in addition to the screws..........
