You didn't mention if the drywall is meeting at an inside or outside corner. If it's an inside corner, just butt the adjioning sheets into the corner and don't worry about any miters. If it's an outside corner, you will have to cover the drywall with corner bead that has been altered to match the angle. Either way, mitering the drywall isn't necessary.
